This Privacy Policy describes how SourcePad ("SourcePad," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information about you when you use our website, web application, browser extension, and related software and services (together, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this Privacy Policy.
2. Information we collect
We collect the following categories of information:

- Payment information. Paid subscriptions are processed by Stripe, Inc. Your payment card data is submitted directly to Stripe and is handled in accordance with Stripe's terms and privacy policy. SourcePad receives billing status, plan, and limited transaction metadata from Stripe; SourcePad does not store full payment card numbers.
- Content you upload. Product data, supplier data, purchase orders, cost inputs, notes, settings, and any other content you enter into the Services.
- Support and communications. When you contact us for support or submit feedback, we collect the contents of your message and any attachments.
Information from your use of the Services
- Usage data. Pages viewed, features used, actions taken, timestamps, referrer URLs, and similar activity data.
- Device and log data. IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers, and diagnostic information collected automatically when you use the Services.
- Cookies and similar technologies. We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, measure performance, and understand how the Services are used. See Section 7 for details.
Information from third-party integrations
- When you connect a third-party platform (for example, an online marketplace, storefront, or logistics provider) to your SourcePad account, we receive data from that platform as authorized by you. This may include listings, orders, inventory levels, fulfillment status, fees, shipment information, and related operational data. We only retrieve data necessary to provide the features you have enabled, and we use that data in accordance with this Privacy Policy and the authorizing platform's terms.
3. How we use information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Services;
- Create and manage your account, authenticate you, and secure the Services;
- Process subscription payments and manage billing;
- Retrieve data from third-party integrations you have authorized and present it back to you in your dashboards and reports;

4. How we share information
SourcePad does not sell your personal information. We share information only in the circumstances described below.
- Service providers. We share information with third-party vendors who help us operate the Services, including hosting, database, email delivery, error monitoring, analytics, and payment processing providers. These providers are permitted to use the information only to perform services on our behalf and in accordance with our instructions.
- Third-party integrations you enable. If you authorize a connection to a third-party platform, we exchange information with that platform as necessary to provide the features you have enabled.
- Legal requirements. We may disclose information if we believe in good faith that disclosure is required by law, legal process, or government request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of SourcePad, our users, or the public.
- Business transfers. If SourcePad is involved in a merger, acquisition, corporate transaction, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of all or a portion of its assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to the commitments in this Privacy Policy.
- With your consent. We may share information for other purposes with your consent or at your direction.
5. Data retention
We retain account information and content for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services. If you delete your account, we will delete or de-identify your personal information within a reasonable period, except where we are required to retain it to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, or enforce our agreements. Backup copies may persist for a limited additional period before being overwritten in the normal course of operation.
6. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. These include encryption in transit, access controls, and regular review of our practices. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.
7. Cookies and tracking technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, measure usage, and improve the Services. You can control cookies through your browser settings, but disabling cookies may affect the functionality of the Services.
